1. You remove the window, not hard or difficult. It took me about half an hour to remove the driver's side window.

2. You take the window apart. Again not hard or difficult. Maybe 15-20 minutes.

3. Remove the handle from the glass. This is a PITA and took about 45 minutes. That stuff they glued the handle on with is tenacious and this was the single hardest part of the repair.

4. You separate the two glass sides. Takes about ten minutes to do it if the original sealer is still working. On my window, it just about fell apart.

5. Clean both halves of the window thoroughly. Maybe 20 minutes, this determines how clear the glass will look when you are done.

6. Apply sealer/spacer to one window half and put the halves back together. Do this carefully and it takes half an hour. It's tedious, take your time doing this.

7. Reassemble the window in the frame and reinstall the handle. About 20-30 minutes. Not difficult.

8. Reinstall the assembly in the coach. Pretty easy and another 30 minutes or so.

Obvious cosmetic fixes should be addressed, if not, it can allow a potential buyer to unnecessarily think, "What else is wrong I can't see?". Lack of buyer confidence will never get the rig sold.

I think if you can show receipts of the repairs you have done as proof of how much it costs you are good to go. Let the buyer decide

I would vote toward the seller repairing/replacing the fogged windows BEFORE I even looked at it, or even knew it was for sale. I agree with someone else who mentioned that if the windows have issues and the current owner (aka, seller) has not repaired them, what other maintenance items have they neglected?

Then again, I may not be a typical buyer. It is just my opinion.
