Yes I would, we like the fireplace and it also warms the coach up nicely on cool days. I also like to look at it.

Because everyone has been so helpful I have another question; would you buy a fireplace again? If so, why? Do you use it a lot? Do you just turn on the flame without the heat, for ambience, or do you also turn on the heat with the flame? Do you use it just to take the chill off in the evening or do you use it to heat the room? Since we will order the coach with Aqua Hot do any of you have Aqua Hot or Oasis and a fireplace, if so, do you use your fireplace?
My wife wants the fireplace and I don't. Strangely enough I want the dishwasher and she doesn't. Your thoughts please.

Yes, we would do it again. We have Oasis and a fireplace with a 1500 watt heater. -Paul

We used the fireplace often last winter to take the chill off the morning air. The fake flame is pretty good to me but the heat is great and quiet.
We do not use it for ambiance with heat off, not sure why.
Overall yes, I would want one in the next coach.

Yes I’d buy a fireplace again.
We use it in the Southeast as primary heat in the living area, especially at night. We travel with our parrot and the fireplace digital thermostat for heat works very well. We use the propane coach heater as a backup.

I would much prefer a functional fireplace. A fireplace that runs off propane and vents to the exterior of the RV such as the models made by Dickinson Marine. A unit that can operate while boondocking or power failure off the house batteries.

warm and fuzzy
Big yes on the fireplace. At first my wife and I thought "how rediculous". We camp on the Pacific ocean a lot. Cool morning and evening chill is banished and its very entertaining just to look at. We ended up loving it. Highly recommend it.

Yes.
Our current coach came with one. We use it all of the time at night. It feels like heat and looks like heat.
Our last coach had shelves that didn't hold anything. It's not like we are missing any storage.
We have two propane furnaces that we've never used.

I would DEFINITELY buy a fireplace again! We use it any time we want to take the chill off. We rarely use the furnace.

We have one and use it all the time to heat up the living room without using propane.

No. Both of our last DPs have had one and we rarely use it. Haven't needed it, it's fake so really doesn't contribute to ambiance, and we could make better use of the space.

YES! Had one in our 5th wheel and like others - it takes the chill off in the morning without turning on the furnace. In both our rigs, it came with a package but we would opt for it
