Yearly Service List?

My ISC Pusher is coming up to its one year service. Besides the normal oil and filter changes I am wondering if anyone has compiled a list of things to do and inspections with the coach? I started to make a list and then thought of the forum and maybe there is a list already out there.

There should be a maintenance list for your chassis. Some things are annual, others every 24-36-48 months and some of those are probably due too. I know Freightliner has recommended lsist and assume Spartan and Roadmaster do as well. Check your chassis owner manual.

A chassis lube every year is good. Transmission typically 48 months but varies by model. Diesels usually need attention to coolant, hydraulics, & air dryer. Gas chassis may need a brake check. Etc.

Yeah, I have an ISL and the manual goes into great detail as to what to do at specific intervals.

You'll need to make sure you don't take numbers from the "heavy duty" chart. Motor homes are light duty on those charts.

You should go to the websites for your chassis, engine, transmission, generator and download the maintenance schedules for each.

I created a spreadsheet for all of my scheduled maintenance requirements. In my case it's all based on months since I put very few miles on the coach.

It's a real fun project , but necessary.

I have a six monrth check that combines chassis and owners manual items. It is a work in progress.

Inspect/renew toppers
Sealant and lubrication
Tension and fabric integrity
Window awning safety check
Lube/clean
Remove cover screw(s) and check retainer
Check cover screws for tightness
Check security when retracted, adjust if needed (motor end)
Inspect roof
Renew sealant if needed
Torque AC hold-down bolts to 40-50 in lbs
Replace 16X16 filters
Apply sealant as needed and inundate roof with water
Check known leak sites, interior
Clean off oxidation, treat fiberglass
Check AC covers security and clean as reqd
Exercise seal-sensitive systems
Generator
Aqua Hot
Heat pumps
Dashboard AC
Drain air tanks, replace desiccant in March
Hydraulic reservoirs
Slide room reservoir (Lippert full wall slideout)
Powergear reservoir in front of steps
Power steering at right rear corner
Protector on battery terminals
Grease king pins/knuckles & steer axle
Drive shaft U-joints lubrication
Drive shaft slip yoke and splines grease
Drag link and center link grease
Change Fuel-Water Separator (Primary)
