Unhappy Yet another auto park brake issue

We have a 1996 Winnebago Vectra. We bought it used with 31,000 miles on it. The former owner kept exceptional records and had the Auto Park brake worked on twice. 500 hundred miles ago we replaced the Auto Park Brake cylinder mechanism, (We got stuck in lock down) we took it out this week and the dash light flashed and again, doom lock-down fast approached. We, luckily 1 mile ahead had a rest stop. We pulled in and the unit was leaking again. Paid $285. to have a guy from Russellville,AR come out, put our own Transmission oil in. (Yep we were in a fix and at his mercy) After careful research got the info to talk to Oldusedbear@charter,net. This fella was an angel. Got us going and took alot of time explaining how to disengage this auto P30 chassis brake made in h_____. We made it home. Now need to find a way around this brake or repair it again. Does anyone have an answer to the p30 autoparkbrake trauma.
