If you do buy it you might consider spending several nights on or near the dealer's property so you can identify and have repaired anything which doesn't work or you don't understand.

Oh yeah... welcome to the forum.

Thanks. So you have been happy with your Coach then? No real big issues or problems? I would like to be able to go back down to the dealer and purchase this today. Thanks.

I bought my "new" 2010 Fleetwood Bounder 33U on October 24, 2012 from Findlay RV in Las Vegas, NV. I am relatively happy with my dealer, and I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought in the fall because of the close-out deals available at the end of a model year, and because I knew it would take a few months to get everything worked out. As things have turned out, buying in the fall to get ready for spring was a good idea. I've had a litany of issues with my coach, all of which were or are being handled by Fleetwood and my dealer. 95% of my issues with my motor home were minor in nature, you might even call some of my items picayune in nature. But hey, we spend a ton of money, the least they can do is get it as right as possible...right?

Well, as you can tell by now, I'm bored and have no life during the winter months...

Yep, we've loved it. We've had the typical little things go wrong which I either fixed myself or had repaired under our extended warranty but nothing serious at all.

Good luck.
