Zep High Traffic Finish application

Well I finally got all of the black spots off the roof courtesy of ZEP Commercial Mold Stain and Mildew Stain Remover, and a stiff bristle scrub brush, and LOTS of elbow grease. I can't remember the roof every looking this white.
Tomorrow I apply the ZEP High Traffic Gloss Commercial floor sealer. What is your preferred application method?? I bought a sponge mop with a long handle if that would work. Do you just spill some of the sealer on the roof, and spread it around with the mop, like I used to do Mop and Glow in the kitchen ? I hope that I don't have to get down on my knees with a microfiber. After two days of scrubbing, my knees could use a rest.

You can do just as you did with mop n glo.. It's about the same stuff, perhaps a bit better, but not much.

Thanks Toad. I'll try to get as many coats on tomorrow as I can.

I used a mop just like the instructions say and put it on like a figure 8. I put on one coat and after 30 or 45 minutes put on another one until I had 4 coats on and it looks great. The instructions specifically call for a Rayon mop also, do not know why but that is what I did.

Mop n glo will wear off much sooner. Both will yellow due to no uv protection.

Perhaps I phrased it poorly. The intent was the other way around. I have had good success with Mop N Glo, but in the long run ZEP may be better. I have read good and bad about both.

Do you apply the Zep on TPO or rubber roofs also or just fiberglass roofs?
