23 Ethos fresh water leak when hooked to city water

First timer
Purchased a 2023 Entegra Ethos 20 T 2 weeks ago. First shakedown trip, all was well until i hooked up to city water. Fresh water tank was previously filled. Double double checkd valve settings, all good. Water on, Bleed air, then water leaking out ofopen (drain) hoses on Curb side. Gentleman camping next door came over and verified all was set correctly.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

water leaking out ofopen (drain) hoses on Curb side

Would those be the overflow lines from your fresh water tank?

On city water.......fresh water tank overflowing
Are you using a pressure regulator on city water???
*On board pump internal check valve leaking thru.......turn off city water and use pump. Flow thru pump might clean check valve and let it fully close next time you use city water
*Fresh water FILL valve could be leaking thru....turn city water off/exercise FILL valve (operate it thru positions). Turn city water back on and check of overflowing

If you have easy access to Fresh water tank side line on FILL valve or pump suction line.......disconnect/turn city water on and see if you have flow then you can eliminate source

**Also----don't know if your RV has a 'miser' valve/position in shower
If ON/open ....water will flow back to fresh water tank and fill/overflow it

Check again.
You want the valves set to 2 & 6 (city fixtures)
(Normal) Position is for pump fresh tank use.
If that does not work, the lines may not be hooked up correctly.

That said. You may (also) be seeing water overflow from the fresh tank that has nothing to do with the. It's water issue.
The 20T has an issue with dumping water from the fresh tank due to the 3 vent lines being mounted on the upper front side of the tank . Everytime you brake or even move around the van it will dump water out. I was losing 1/3 of the tank by the time I got to my destination.
I ended up correcting it myself. That required me to re-route new lines over tank.
I called Jayco of this issue and asked if they fixed it on the 2025's. NO. They suggested I go to a dealer to have it fixed somehow. It's a design flaw that they are not concerned with.

Thanks for the Info;
The more i read into it , the more i think it has to do with the shower miser. Last trip was first trip out, was tring different things, seeing what does what. I believe Ihad the shower miser in the on position, so it was recirculating back into and eventually overflowing the fresh tank. Have booked a site this weekend in town just to try it again.

That actually happened to me. As I said previously, I had it set on normal and hooked to city water. I also was playing with the shower miser.
