American Coach / Patriot

What are the countertops actually made of in the Patriot? I'd like to polish mine, but all I see anywhere on the web is single piece countertop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

According to the brochure, it's listed as "solid surface". To me, that means Corian or something similarly manmade.

According to Google, solid surface is defined as: Solid surface material is made of acrylics or polyester-based plastics, which are heated until melting, then poured into a mold.

There is great need for a sarcasm font.

Mine is very faded in spots. Like whatever happened in manufacturing screwed it up. I’d like to try and buff it out rather than them trying to replace the darn thing.
