In my search on-line the Ford Nugget looked like a great option but it is only sold over seas.
You can buy aftermarket seats with dual arm rests, heat, etc. Scheel-mann seats are considered best in the biz and you can custom order them in several different configurations and fabrics. They are expensive, however. There are other seat vendors as well, but probably not as nice as Scheel-mann.

There are all sorts of aftermarket suspension upgrades you can get as well. Air suspension is great, but bit of an overkill for Class B's. Better shocks/struts will get you what you want most of the time.

Find a Class B with the layout you like, then upgrade it if it doesn't suit your needs.

. . . as we are both tall.
The front seat in the Sprinter moves really far back, so for a tall person, there’s nothing but leg room. DW is 5’-2”, a pretty long way off from tall, so she keeps the front seat pretty far forward, which also makes more room for getting in and out through the slider. Not trying to sell you on Sprinter, but it’s something we know a little about at this point.

I also stand corrected on the Pro Master with Kelderman air suspension - it was V-B air suspension on the 4-wheel Pro Master that I was thinking about. Kelderman does offer their 2-stage system for the Ford Transit with dual rear wheels, but it doesn’t look like they make it for the Dodge.

YouTube of the V-B on the ProMaster. Not a good test, but it shows you what they do.

Kelderman for the Transit.

Since I can’t get anyone interested in installing the V-B system on mine, and since there’s a local shop that will install the Kelderman, that’s probably the way I’ll go.

That is alot cheaper than the VB system. Do post about how it changes the ride. Whether your wife is willing to ride in back.
