Dorm Fridge power

Just bought a 1993 Eldorado Class B. The previous owner replaced the fridge with a dorm fridge. That's OK, if you want to stay at campgrounds and use shore power. But, I want to use this B to travel and still stay in motels. I'm wondering if I can run the residential fridge on 1 #27 deep cycle and a 2000 watt power inverter. While driving I think I should be all right. Will this combo hold up in a motel parking lot overnight?
Or do I bight the bullet and spring for a propane fridge.
Thanks

Can you provide the make/model of the fridge, is there a sticker with power requirements and possibly an efficiency sticker which will show annual operating cost and power consumption.

You might need 2 deep cycle batteries but can probably get by with a 1000 watt inverter (unless already installed). Driving you should be fine but it would help to know your alternator size (amps). Overnight might be the issue. It will help to keep the fridge full and if possible use freezer packs to transfer to fridge at night.

I installed a residential in my coach, I have 4 deep cycle batteries, I can go ~8 hours.

Unfortunately the unit is in the shop getting brake service. I am trying to do my homework before it gets picked up. The fridge is a Collezioni PS72462. I couldn't find any specs for it online. I was allowing 100 amps to be safe. It's missing the deep cycle battery also. I'm thinking that the alternator is a 130 amps. My reason for the 2000 watt inverter was possibly being able to use a 700 watt microwave very sparingly.
