You can always tow a motorcycle or pack a bicycle. Some of the foldable ones are pretty small when folded! Good luck!

I used my Class B Volkswagen as a daily driver and camping machine for 15 years. Get in it and drive. That's the beauty of the B, it does everything.

We have been unhooking the power and driving the Roadtrek CS Adventurous XL around. We don't hook up water or sewer, just fill and dump every 2-3 days.

I do miss having a toad for off the main road adventures, will probably downsize my Jeep Wrangler JKU for a 2 door model. It's well within the Sprinter's towing capacity.

Hi, thinking of a class b rialta, however our birds and cat come with us, how do you park somewhere and not be able to put on ac for the pets, florida is real hot and we would like to travel to state parks in the summertime

Thats always tough. Without an electric hookup, it’s risky to leave your pets behind in very hot climates. Some people will run a generator and leave the AC on, but there is a chance it could shut down from any number of reasons (low oil, run out of fuel, overheating, ac problem, etc). You don’t know until you return several hours later, and that could be disastrous. Even with campground electric hookup, ACs can still shut down due to low voltage brownouts or a campground power outage.

RVs generally don’t have enough insulation to reduce heat enough to make it safe for pets unattended in hot climates. without air conditioning or extreme ventilation measures. All require power :(

I’ve got no good answers for you, maybe someone else has solved it.

You can't ....... so I'm not really sure what the question is. Many people travel to cooler temps for that very reason.
One other option is a genset. Many people won't rely on the genset to keep their pets safe though.

edit; I'm sure there are various ways to install monitors for temp that you can view on a cell phone. You can most likely setup warnings, etc.

A great tip I got from someone here. I printed a sign with a pic of our van on it. The sign says that we will be returning to our campsite and has my name and cell number.
I hang it on the electrical service tower.
