Jackknife bed disabled Roadtrek eTrek 2013

Does anyone have advice to troubleshoot/fix a non-functioning jackknife bed in a Roadtrek eTrek 2013? The electric bed stopped functioning in the down position and since the wiring is behind closets and the bathroom, and the motor is inaccessible under the bed, I cannot do a check for continuity. I did check the activation switch and it checks out OK. Any advice would be appreciated.

First thing to check is if the wire to the motor is detached. The motor under the bed is not inaccessible when the bed is down. Have someone check it for you if you can’t get to it yourself. Could be a very easy fix.
