This is what I know/heave learned, YMMV:
For RVIA purposes a B+ is a class C. It uses a cutaway van chassis and a box built in the back like a class C. What usually distinguishes them is the lack of a cab-over sleeping area and a more aerodynamic shape in that area.
B+ and B Plus was coined by manufacturers in an effort to differentiate that type of product from class C motorhomes.
Going back to the OP's original question, R-Vision was acquired by Allied Specialty Vehicles in 2011 from Navistar (
this link).
