Most comfortable driving Class B?
I am planning to purchase a smaller (19 foot) Class B to be used for day trips. My number one priority is driver and passenger comfort. In your opinion, which Class B RV has the most comfortable ride and comfortable seats. A softer seat cushion is preferred.

Based on what I've read, I'd consider a unit by Coach House. We're considering downsizing to one at some point if we can find one at the right price.

Current Class B's are built on three chassis: Ford Transit, Ram Promaster, and Mercedes Sprinter. You could go to local dealers and test drive each. I also noticed that our Home Depot has a Transit they rent by the hour.

I am almost 70 years old. We own a Coachmen 2020 Galleria built on a 2019 Sprinter 3500 van. This van is one of the most comfortable vehicles I have owned. My wife is constantly surprised at how far I'm comfortable driving in one day. We recently drove from Sedona, AZ to Bel Air, MD, an approximately 2,000 mile journey. One day during that trip I drove 750 miles because the ergonomics were so accommodating. I stopped a few times for a short rest and drank coffee several times.
I can't speak for the Transit or the Promaster.

Ours is on a Transit chassis and I'd say it's acceptable but not great. I'm 6' tall and the folding armrest is too high for me so I have to leave it folded up out of the way. I find that when the seat is back far enough to give me a good leg angle to the pedals the steering wheel is too far away for a comfortable reach. That's not unique to the Transit though - the same is true of my Tundra and the Tacoma I had before it. So maybe I just have an odd shaped body. The seats themselves are comfortable.
