Question New rooftop AC- install, and brand recommendations

Afternoon everyone,

Proud new owner of a not-new Class B+ (1989 Telstar Champion, Ford E350 base), and have a few bumps to sort out after purchase.
The under-bed AC unit is out of R-12 Freon, and we all know how difficult that stuff is to get ahold of, so Iím planning to not use that unit. Instead, Iím thinking of taking an available roof vent space, and installing a new non ducted AC.

What are some newer brands that are lower energy, but would still battle southwest heat?

Consider the Coleman Mach 10 NDQ, which I believe only comes in 13.5 kBTU. Supposed to be noticeably quieter than other similar units. But I don't have one, so I can't say from first-hand experience. My Penguin II is loud, that's for sure.
