Yesterday I sewed six 2" x 3" Velcro squares to the pax side seat backs. These will mate with the Velcro strip that's on the bed extender to hold the cushions in place.

21st mod is the most work so far. Taking 3" out of the lift-up table behind the pax seat. This will let the seat slide and recline all the way back with the table working as stock, just 3" closer to the wall. I'm about 75% complete. No more than 3" can be taken out or the metal internal frame the table housing slides onto will prevent the installation of table stowage stops.
Basically what I did was, take the table housing apart, cut 3" off of the rear of the sides and cross-pieces, halve the table catch and stop blocks, then reassemble the housing mimicking the original installation. My neighbor cut the wood with a table saw for a perfect fit.
I still need to make a footer to fill the gap at the step reusing the wood I cut off.

21st mod is complete. The top 2 screws on the front top side determine every new screw hole to drill. I made a footer for the table out of the repurposed wood I had cutoff.
Note: Since I can't edit the previous post, the front panel seen leaning against the seat is only stapled to the box. If you feel comfortable prying the sides some, you can remove it first to make unscrewing the sides easier.

22nd mod is also completed. The main power switch is easily bumped on or off by a foot or something being carried in. Not anymore.

23rd and 24th mods completed today.
Cut 3" off of the exhaust pipe, sliced off half of clamping end of the clamp, cut 1/2" off of the clamp threads, rotated it to face down, and added a chrome tip on it.
To be able to use a standard table post, I repurposed the cutoff exhaust end into a table post adapter by welding a 2 1/4" end to it.

I noticed after I posted this that the pipe bracket pushes the skirt out, so today I loosened the clamp nuts and bent the bracket inwards.

25th mod complete. I installed a new table post mount in the floor, welded some leftover post to some square rod, and used the holders from my bike hitch carrier. It should hold my 2 bikes nicely. With one bike, which will be most of the time, I can still access everything.
I drilled a 2 1/2 hole for the post blindly and got lucky that it landed between the water hoses and heater duct. I used screws that didn't penetrate the bottom of the wood, about 1 1/4" total length.

Thanks, I was wondering if I was posting for nothing. Until I camp more, I might find something that needs addition or rework.
List to do still:
There is a panel making noise.
I need to ensure the shower pan is sealed good.
Install the temp sensors in the frig, freezer, and outside.
Tint door windows-when it gets warmer
TPMS system-on order
Radar detector-xfer from old van
Hitch skid wheel-weld on

Great to hear.
Today after work was 26th mod.
The back wall of the kitchen cabinet is a sheet of hard plastic and the utensils were making a tap sound even with the bungies. Not anymore, I covered each side with shelf liner that is a perfect match colorwise. You can't even tell from the pic and it even doesn't make the sound if you tap from the backside.

27th mod.I installed this $33 LED headlight bulb kit easy-peazy a few weeks ago. Holy cow do these throw some light. I had a 15 sec error the 1st time I turned them on, but haven't noticed one since. I still need to adjust them down some.
