A bit late responding, but:
The Blind Spot Assist on the Sprinter is the single greatest safety advance I've seen in years. I see it is also coming in on a number of regular sedans, etc. For a slab-sided vehicle like an RV, it is great.
The Lane Assist, not so much. Constant beeping just because I ran a bit close to the white line on the right. The default is "On". I turn mine off every time I start the engine. However, I leave it on for roads where the right hand shoulder is narrow or there is a drop-off.
