Sprinter Sway Bar

I recently upgraded the rear sway bar on my 2500 Sprinter and I found that the van handled better around turns and less wind jolt issues, but my wife says the ride quality is worse. She feels the van hits bumps harder and she gets bounced around in her seat more. I don't see the difference, but I believe her since she is more sensitive to these types of things. Has anyone had this experience? Is there anything I can do short of reinstalling the small sway bar? Thanks!

My advice:
Crawl under the van with the old sway bar, make some banging noises and ratchet wrench noises for 20 minutes or so, then crawl back out. Let her know you reinstalled the old bar and see if the problem still exists.
