Travato ladder

we bought a 2019 travato 59K.
Does anyone have a 59K around 2019?
the knob holding the ladder on looks bent.
dealer says they are all like that.

Are they correct?

thanks all

If they are all bent then Winnebago needs a new ladder person. Never trust what a dealer says.

That still is a dumb answer from your dealer. That fastening know should not be bent. Probably not a real big deal but it looks bad and might cause undue stress on the fastener someway.

That angle suggests the knob is cross threaded.
