Travato Rear Screen Mods

The OEM Rear Screen that is available for the Travato is well made and fitted to keep creatures out. However, it has limited usefulness because the zipper pull is only on the outside. In addition, when the screen is in place you can't get to the nice LED lights that are above the bed on the rear door. For a nominal fee I found a local seamstress who works on tents and sports equipment who removed the zipper pull and replaced it with a more substantial one that has handles both inside and out. (Note, this did not require changing out the entire zipper, just the pull.) In addition I had her cut a horizontal slit in the screen behind the lights and install a zipper with two pulls that meet in the middle. Now I can open and close the screen from both inside and out and access the lights when the screen is in place.
Drinks all around!
