Vegatouch Eclipse "Temp Sensor Error"

Greetings!
I just started getting the message "Temp Sensor Error." for the cabin temp on the Vegatouch App. Never had this come up before. The Vegatouch unit in my Coachmen Beyond. works fine, and does read cabin temp.

All software is up to date. I tried deleting and reinstalling the App, rebooting my iPhone and turning the power off and on in the Coachmen. Climate control works fine. I just do not get eh actual temp on the Vegatouch App.

Any other thoughts? Thanks!

Have you already gone into the Eclipse app and navigated to Advanced Settings and clicked the Reset Module button? The Eclipse module itself also has a hard reset button on it you can press with a pen as a next step (Note: This will reset your PIN to the default PIN too).

Other than that, it sounds like you've tried everything I would've tried. May be time to reach out to Firefly support at 574-825-4600 or support@fireflyint.com.

Any success in correcting the temp sensor error.
I have the coachman Galleria with the same issue. I tried calling and emailed firefly with no response from them. This is a 2021 unit and has already been at the dealer for three weeks

My screenshot looks just the same. They have sent me several email replies of things to try, such as delete and reload app, etc., but nothing has helped. Too bad, because I really want to see the interior temp, especially if we leave our dog in the RV.

I am thinking of contacting them again to see if anyone else who answers might have a different idea.

In the meantime, I did find a temp sensor that connects to my wifi hotspot and will send temp alerts to my iPhone.

If you get it working please let me know! (I will do the same)

Just updated the Vegatouch firmware and it might have fixed this. Fingers crossed!

I have had the same fault since new on my 2021 Aspire with the Mira mobile app. I don’t think that it is a real fault since no faults ever show up in the AquaHot management systems. I just ignore it now.

Yup, not a big deal. But I did want to monitor the temp when we leave our puppy in the van. I found a temp sensor on Amazon that would transmit temp on wifi. You can set alert temps, so my phone will let me know if we get too warm.

Has anyone resolved this? True it is not a critical issue but it sure is annoying. Everything updated and reset - still have issue.

Mine has been OK since the last firmware update in the van.

My take is that it's something related to the "Truma Bridge" that connects the Truma to the Vega. Before it was fixed, the correct cabin temp would show for several seconds, but then would go to error when the Truma heater interface would connect.

I still prefer the wifi temp sensor that I added just in case. If nothing else, it's way faster than opening the Vega Eclipse app on my phone.
