Wanting to remove sink and medicine cabinet

I have a 2021 class b, pleasure way plateau fl and the bathroom is very cramped. In the newer models, the manufacturer removed the sink and medicine cabinet, leaving the shower and the toilet. Would appreciate any tips on how to remove the sink and medicine cabinet in my rig also. Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks!

In my trailer the sink and medicine cabinets don't have backs, the wall of the bathroom is their back. You should be able to see how they attach. Probably just some L-brackets and screws. Are you removing the sink as well?

Storage space is at a minimum on board. I would hate to lose any storage. I worked to find several cavities that we converted to storage.

You may just need to learn to live with being cramped.
