2000 Tiffin Allegro bus FL chassis heat

Hello folks.
My Allegobus chassis heat isn't working. It seems like the ac is always on no matter what my temp setting is. I have a 39P with a Cummins 330.
anyone have any insight on this problem?

I don't know about your chassis but mine has a shut off valve on the water line that goes to the dash heater. The valve is located underneath near the radiator. Is this a new problem or? Welcome to irv2.com.

As far as I know it's never worked. I've owned the unit for a year now, but haven't had to move it much. Now I'm transferring to the Midwest soon, so I'm gonna need it. It's a pusher. Radiator in back, it looks like the heater core is just forward of the front axle. It's that or for the ac.

After running and the engine is warm the heater hose going into the heater core should be warm or hot if the heater is turned on - if the hose is not hot you might look for a shut off valve.
