ABS, Cruise Control, Speedometer and Engine Brake

I have a 2006 National Tradewinds 40D on a Freightliner XC chassis with the Cummins 8.9 ISL. I recently bought it. The ABS light is on, my speedometer does not work, my cruise control light will turn in and off but will not set at any speed (because it doesn’t know how fast I’m going), and my engine brake is not working. After digging around behind the dash, I’ve found 3 plugs which are not connected to anything (previous owner must have pulled out). There is a 12 pin plug, and 8 pin plug and a 2 pin plug. Some of the wires still have legible print on them and the ones I can see are labeled speed signal, 3 mph signal, transmission signal, A/C clutch. Aside from not having the 4 items I mentioned, the coach runs and drives perfect. Does anybody know what module or part number belongs here? I’ve been to Freightliner, called Cummins, and went to a few local RV places, all of which were of 0 help. I just need to know what belongs here so I can order it. Thanks so much!

Maybe an interface for smart wheel. Are cruise buttons on your wheel. Those newer systems are a little beyond my knowledge base.
You should ask if someone has wiring diagrams for coach or for your chassis, they should have what wires/plugs are landed on.
