Air bags won't inflate

I had a problem with my HWH 200 series jacks which Freightliner San Antonio resolved by replacing the entire light panel. The new panel doesn't have. "Travel" button like the old one had, just On Dump and Off buttons. Initially the Dump button was a bit quirky and had to be pressed and held a few times before it would activate. Now it won't quit dumping. Retract slide and start engine, retract jacks, air pressure builds up to 80 lbs and then the dump ports on all the height control valves open and dump air not allowing bags to inflate. Called Freightliner help line and located double solenoid valve under coach, whacking it didn't solve issue! Apparently it's old enough model it has no reset buttons or I can't find them. It seems like an electrical issue, are there fuses somewhere for the air dump system I could check?
