Air Bags Won't Inflate

2016 Monaco Diplomat. After a stay at a campground, I took a 5 mile drive to a shop to have my oil changed and some other yearly routine maintenance done on my coach. On the way I noticed the coach was bouncing quite a bit. I drove 10-15 MPH to the shop. I asked them to see what the problem might be.

They determined that an air valve on a front air bag was leaking. The valve was replaced and the system checked for other leaks. None were found. When the (PowerGear) jacks were raised, the light indicating the jacks were still down was on. A visual found that the jacks were all fully raised to. The hydraulic fluid is full.

Now when the engine is started and the "Jacks on/off" button is pushed, sometimes the light comes on indicating the jacks are down when they are up and sometimes not. We have tried raising and lowering the jacks several times and moving the coach back and forth, but nothing will cause the airbags to start filling.

There is plenty of air for the air brakes. The gauges show the air reservoirs are full and the brakes are working fine.

Freightliner (chassis) and Lippert (Power Gear Jacks) have both been contacted. Freightliner suggested locating the double solenoid valve behind the rear axle. This valve is supposed to have two buttons, dump and fill, but we can't find it.

Any ideas where it might be or what to look at next?

My 2007 Ellipse had a dump valve get stuck open,
It’s an easy fix.
I think the part is $150.
It a small brass unit that bolts on with a few bolts then you connect the air line.
A small little dirt particle can make them stick. Even sand can do it.
Shuts you down, can drive until you fix it

Update:

I was able to find the dump valve in the right front near the steps after I ran the generator drawer out which made it much easier to locate.

I am now able to air up and deflate the airbags using the buttons on the dump valve. They still will not air up or deflate during the jack lowering and raising process.

After working with Lippert on the phone, the problem has been determined to be that the brain of the jack controller is not communicating when it is time to inflate/deflate the air bags. The technician had me go through the programming process several times. The lights did not come on as expected at certain points in the process. The technician is now attempting to consult with more experienced personnel at Lippert to determine if it is a programming issue, a bad touchpad, a bad controller, or something else.

Anyone experienced any of these issues?

Update:

Airbags are working as they should now. Lippert came up with a different set-up and recalibration programming procedure, and that one worked.
