Your info is correct. Even with the battery disconnect switch (the Guest switch) in the back of the coach, certain devices are still hard-wired to the battery. Thus the concerns of the engine computers, etc. having to be reset is non-existent; I assume these are always powered.

It may be that some of the engine computer remains powered, or has a solid state, non volitile memory that doesn't require constant power (for total mileage/odometer, total fuel used, etc...) but the date and time certainly gets reset every time you shut off the chassis disconnect. At least it does on mine.

Yes, the date/time in the FL InfoCenter does reset when the Guest switch is set to off. But I never use the date display in the InfoCenter anyway, preferring to display engine data. I have the TripTek computer which does retain settings over a power-off (I think there may be a separate small battery for it...hope I don't have to find/replace it some day...)

BTW my chassis build date is 02/05, coach build is 03/05
