Dash AC dryer-filter-receiver

Looking for help on a 2006 Ventana with dash air issues. It's highly recommended to replace the dryer when work is done on the unit. Our problem is finding this unit. Ours has the number worn off and the company (Parker) has since sold this division and no longer has info. I've been told to just match the sizes of the ends but I was wondering if anyone has replaced theirs and has a lead on where it can be found. This component comes supplied as part of the chassis. We have the Freightliner XC.

Actually, any drier will work on it with the right size connections.
