What do you mean "everything else works" does it start, do headlights work?? Sounds like the chassis battery disconnect is enabled if none of the above works

Does transmission pad light up.

If not, check connection or fuse for transmission computer, near start batteries.

Wiring info I have for the 2001 Freightliner chassis , shows 2 ignition fuses and 2 ignition relays ; same as my 1999 chassis.

Have you found the Freightliner fuse/relay boxes ?
Do you have a volt meter and a 12 volt test light ?

In the wiring on my coach and in the pdf I have for the 2001 chassis , the fuses and relays are in the front PDCs ( Power Distribution Centers ) that are part of the dash section of the wiring harness.

NOW , that being said , in conversation with a 2004 Freightliner chassis owner, he said he has no front PDCs , his are in the compartment behind the passenger side dual wheels .
The other part of the problem is that even if yours are in the dash portion of the wiring harness, the harness has about 6' of wiring attached to the PDCs so coach builders can mount them where they have room .
So anywhere within 6' of the steering column .
The signal and four way flashers are close to the PDCs so if the flashers work you can probably track the PDCs down by the noise of the flashers .
Here's a picture of the PDCs in my coach ( covers have numbers on them ) and flashers are in the yellow circle .
PDF attached is for the 2001 chassis , fuse and relay diagram is on page 4 ; if memory serves .
I'll be without internet for about five days so good luck with your search.
