Freightliner Gaffney Service Contact ?
We have left 2 voicemails to Freightliner at 855-235-0421 & now also 2 emails .... all without reply.
Originally made an appointment with them in December for a yearly full inspection including oil / filter changes etc. & made for May 6 this year on our way home north.
Getting frustrated with Freightliner no replies .... 1. to confirm May 6 nor 2. to see if an appointment could be made for a couple of days earlier if possible.
Does anyone have a direct line to their service department in Gaffney, SC ??
.... surely they must keep a service appointment agenda.
Never expected this kind of non service response from Freightliner Daimler.
Kindly suggest alternatives, if you have any.

I have never had good luck with returned phone calls from Gaffney. I guess business is good.

I sympathize. I have had the exact same experience. It’s like trying to call the IRS.
Yesterday, I was able to get through their regular CS number and speak with a human. My only advice is to keep with it, keep calling, and at some point you’ll break through. I can only assume it is a staffing issue like the rest of the world is having.

I stopped by there yesterday to pick up a fuel and water separator filter for my new coach. That was a no go. They don’t have them in stock and don’t know when they will get them in.
They were pretty full in the waiting room, but Willie was at her desk. It was about 2:00 when I got there.
Maybe try in the afternoon?

Service
Freightliner talks a good story about service ect., but want even answer the phone. Typical now days everywhere and if you do get phone answered they will just transferr you to voice mail or hold and play some god awlful music for a hour. What is customer service, something I heard about in the far back pass.

While I understand your frustration with trying to get through to FCCC, I will have to say that I have not had that issue. Most days I get a call back by the next day at the latest as well as a response to my emails by the next day at the latest. Sorry for all of your problems. I am still well pleased with them and their service.

Just a quick note to correct a typo in my original post .... Freightliner Gaffney service phone number should be 855-253-0421 (not 235). I did call the correct number at the time.

So relieved ... just after sending my last forum note we received a phone call from Gaffney Service & they were indeed very helpful. Appointment was confirmed & even moved up a few days which better suits us.
Faith in the system has been restored.

I had to call the 24 hour hotline in March. They answered and helped me. Both on a Friday and a Saturday.
It wasn’t fun, first time I ever got shut down and stranded in 23 yrs of RVing.
We got it fixed with a temp fix. Got home. Set up an appointment with my Local Freightliner and got it all fixed. My local people really helped me because I was not winterized and it was below freezing, so they ordered the parts, got them in, the next day I went in and they did the replacement repair in about 3 hours.
