Front air dumps
2014 Tiffin Phaeton, Exactly where are the front Air dump pull cords on this Coach? I think they’re behind each wheel don’t they have a pull cord?

Don't know for your particular coach, but on ours they are all in the curbside front wheel well. Look for three loops of thin wire cable. It took me half an hour to find them, because I expected them to be placed in three different spots!

There are three wire loops, two on one side and one on the other. I can't remember which side is which from my Freighliner days. You sometimes have to turn the front wheels to find them and it's easier to pull using a hook like an awning rod.

I was under mine tonight and wondered what those were for. What is their purpose?

They should be pulled at least once a month to drain any moisture from the air tanks. If there is any collected in the tank, you will hear it expelled along with air. I pulled mine regularly on my Freightliner and now on my Power Glide which has actual valves in the rear and never had any water expelled. If your air dryer is working well, it will remove most if not all moisture from the air.

Well,
First off, contrary to popular belief, Freightliner DID NOT always attach the pull cables to the appropriate release valves on the tanks. In many cases, the chassis's left the assembly line without them. And, in other cases, the cables are there only, they're under the center/front of the coach, coiled up and tied off to something to secure them.
Soooooo, what might be needed is:
1. A good inspection under the right front wheel well to ascertain if they're tied up and secured there. If not,
2. A cruise UNDER the front end of the coach, to potentially locate them there and or, see if they're completely missing.

When getting under the coach, use jacks or blocks to keep the chassis from coming down suddenly
there is a button under there that you can push and drop the coach in a few seconds
