Had routine service and a recall done on my Mercedes Sprinter chassis (Winnebago Era) at Charliebois in Plattsburgh, NY and Milton VT. Service was prompt, efficient and reasonable.

Just spent the better part of a week at Transwest in Brighton Colorado. This is their chassis shop. We had an DPF issue that was warranty work thru Cummins. They put coach back together each night and plugged us in so we could sleep in our coach. They don't have hook ups but do have a few 30 amp plugs in some of their bays. The coach side shop is located in Frederick CO and have hook up sites. I highly recommend them.

We experienced a failed PDM. Called on Friday, appointment on Thursday, finished on Thursday by 1:00. Great staff, good facility.

See above. Charlebois in Milton, VT, and Plattsburgh, NY. They are Freightliner dealers. Had excellent service and a recall done there on my Mercedes/Winnebago Sprinter., recently.

Highly recommend Premier FL of Ardmore, OK. They have been tremendous to work with for several of our Renegade family members. We live north of the DFW area and the travel time is 30 miles farther than the Dallas and Fort Worth Premier locations, but so much easier to work with, much less traffic, and RV's are not an issue with them. Got the recent Cummins recall handled in a few hours after calling for an appointment. FYI, the DFW locations do not make appointments; it's first come first serve.

Looking for a Freightliner service center in Eastern PA

Curious as to your recommended service center in the Lehigh Valley or Greater Philadelphia area. Also what should be done at the 25k mile mark for a 2015 Winnebago Journey...thanks in advance !

Sacramento Truck Center in Sacramento. They have added a new facility that is dedicated to motorhomes. Lawrence Cowan and his crew are top notch, been using them for the 11 yrs we've owned this coach.

Gaffney is where the factory is located. They should be better than most.

Not in northern IL, but in nearby SW MI. This past fall, we had a good experience getting our 15k chassis service done at Freightliner of Kalamazoo. They are also an Oasis dealer and i noticed several other Newmar coaches there. Facilities were clean, they had discount with local hotel, offered overnight boon docking and were priced fair. Also had two new AGM chassis batteries installed- $89 each plus labor. I will return for next annual chassis service.
