The filter the OP is after is so rusted it's hidden in the dark , at the end of the red arrow.

I had to download the picture and enlarge it so I could see it .
Even reading glasses don't help these 75YO eyes sometimes .
BTW: I have three other pictures of the power steering reservoir on rear rad Freightliner chassis , and none go far enough down the hoses for me to determine if the filter is common to all chassis.

That rear engine/rear radiator scenario is VERY, VERY, VERY common and is used in multiple years of multiple brands of diesel pushers. The plastic tank is the power steering reservoir. In all the coaches with this scenario that I've worked on or observed, the line(s) to and from that power steering reservoir have not had ANY filters on them. But, that doesn't mean there weren't any installed at some point.
If it were me, in that scenario, I'd get a small wire brush and clean that filter (if in fact it IS a filter) off and see if I can find any I.D. on it. Other than that, I'd pinch off the hose both hoses, outgoing and incoming and isolate it and remove it. THEN find some sort of identification.

That is a power steering filter. There was a recall on these at some point to replace them.

I was hoping someone with the same year/make could have seen what this filter is, I will call Freightliner today at some point! This is an inline filter and it comes off the hydraulic fluid tank but I couldn’t find any matches on google! Thanks everyone

Wow,
Yep, that's definitely a limited application. N-e-v-e-r even heard of it or seen any 'till this thread.
