Ride height adjuster 2007 Freightliner XL

Just got home from a trip and had a right inner tire blow out. Got the tire put on and saw that the right rear is sagging. Got under and looked at the height adjuster got hit. Is there a way to adjust it myself .
Thanks in advance
Gary

Yes , but to get it right the first time ; call Freightliner with your serial number for the method and measurements . They can send you a pdf.
