Stranded ISL coolant leak - passenger side

Broken down in KY with a coolant leak waiting for a tow to Freightliner in Evansville, IN.

Found leak in metal tubing on passenger side of engine. Seems to be two pipes coming out of rectangular box - see pic. Lead towards front of coach.

Any ideas on what pipes are?

Air compressor coolant lines. There's large grommets compressed in the fittings. Depends on accessibility to the other end of the tubes, on how easy of a repair it is. On a regular truck, it would take a hour to replace them.
