What chassis model?

I just bought a 2013 Winnebago Journey 42e. Winnebago calls the chassis a "Maxum Chassis". When I go to the Frieghtliner website they do not list a Maxum Chassis. Does this chassis fall under one of the listed models or is it a special make for Winnebago? It does have the tag axle. The SL series most resembles mine. I am not near my mh and won't be for a few weeks. There may be something in the owners packet that would tell me.

Motorhomer, thanks and thanks for the link. Exactly what I was looking for and could not find. I am using a tablet and sometimes searching isn't as easy as with a computer.

dsbike, Since you live in the area, you may want to check out Camp Freightliner.
There you will learn everything there is to know about your chassis, engine, maintenance, and use.
It is also the premier service center for any warranty work and maintenance.

Maxxum is just what Winnie calls it - their own custom configuration from Freightliner. Look in the section titled Built on Freightliner and find Winnebago and 2013 Journey. It will give you all the chassis specs.

Built On Freightliner

It's an XCL chassis
