What's the "replacement" for DTNA??

Haven't used it in a long time...didn't know that they sunset the application. Need a part number.

Called FCCC and the guy said, can't give part numbers anymore, they took away his ability to look up parts?? That makes ZERO sense...was he for real or just clueless??

Found it..for those that need it:
https://freightliner.com/parts/parts-pro/

Still curious on my question about FCCC not being able to look up parts anymore...

I was in the same boat. Hadn’t used it in a while. Here’s the email I used to get set up on the new system

We ran into the same thing. Asked for the name of the part and then found it with that.

What was happening was Freightliner was giving out the part numbers over the phone and callers were going elsewhere to make their purchase or finding a cheaper aftermarket product.

I've always found that Freightliners prices in Gaffney were VERY competitive than most other comparable sources and purchased from them.

Thats true...but you could never order the parts directly from FL when you called the tech support line anyways.

That is correct. Freightliner 24/7 (Tech Support) and the parts department in Gaffney are two separate entities.

there needs to be a class, video on using the DTNA Portal, that thing is really made for their technicians and dealers and they give us owners a small corner of the site to use. When they changed from DTNA Connect to DTNA Portal, I lost the brain power to look up much.

I called Freightliner a few weeks ago requesting a wiring diagram. I was also told they would no longer email those out. I was told to register on DTNA.

Try registering on dtnaportal.com
You have to add apps to your Home Screen once you get a login
Add exxcellerator and you will have parts and wiring diagram access
I believe

working for a dealer i find the new portal much easier to use than the old one it just took some time to get used to the changes. DTNA is starting to permanently drop support for things over 10 years old and have pretty much dropped anything older than 99 unless it had already been imported to the new system. Some dealers refuse to give customers part numbers as they do not want the person to go elsware, i run into this all the time dealing with outer manufacturer dealers even though 90% of the time i order my parts from them, i got to the point of telling them give me a proper quote so i can quote my customer properly or i take my buisness elsware. I do not agree with not giving customers part numbers, way i look at it you help that customer out you will be the first one on their mind the next time they are in need, this approach has always worked well for me and 99% of the time they call me back

I have found the same and shipping is super fast. Just replaced my exhaust and the parts came a day or two after I ordered them.
