Does your "dash top" lift up ? If so, under there you should find a box with fuses.

Otherwise you will have to get down and look under the dash. Find the wire from the lighter, it may have an "in-line" fuse. Else trace wire to source.

My best guess would be in the outside compartment directly below the driver.

sorry freightliner Cat 330HP Diesel Pusher no fuses under dash, just 8000 yellow and White wires, there is a master fuse panel above generator behind panel but nothing there is blown.

so after looking all over I did find all the fuse panels.
On My Itasca Horizon 39p Series 330HP Cat 7 Diesel pusher,
They are just above the Generator in a Panel there are 2 black boxes inside and to the right (when looking at Panel) You will have to take off the secondary panel ( about 12 Phillips screws ) to access the black boxes.
You can find a Manual for your make and model Winnebago at Winnebago's site here is the link Manuals & Diagrams Manuals and diagrams.
Hope this helps
