Thank you. I just ordered from Mouser. It was 2.31 for parts. I ordered 6 terminals (2 extra) for back up. And total including delivered cost is $10.80. Funny how much they hit you for delivery!
Thanks again for your help.

Michael,
I bought the plug and terminals and installed on my 2006 Fleetwood Expedition 38n. I found the factory plug zipped tied to the steering column support. I connected the wires to the new connector in their proper location as stated above. I tripled checked to make sure I had them in the right place. I have not made a connection to my trailer to test and see if it is working properly yet. But here are my questions:
1. Even with the main chassis and coach batteries disconnected, using the battery disconnect switches in the coach, I still have power going to the Prodigy P2 controller. Indicated by the red lights showing on the Prodigy P2 LED screen. I am guessing one of the wires in the factory plug is a direct hot to the battery bypassing the disconnect. Is this something you noticed when installing yours?
2. In the factory 6 pin connector, there was 5 wires. On the Prodigy P2 wire hardness and per your instructions above, there are only 4 wires to connect. Just curious why the factory brake controller plug has 5 wires going into it?
Just checking to see if I am doing something wrong? As of now I disconnected the plug out of the back of the Prodigy P2 as I dont want any drain on my chassis batteries/coach batteries until I figure out why there is still power going to the brake controller when power is cut to both the chassis and coach batteries.
Thanks
Dave

Yes, you have 12 volt all the time. The 5th wire is for illumination (back light) you don't need. Plug back in ,hit brake should flash N/C (not connected) for about 15 seconds then you should see a small dot on bottom of screen. That will stay lit for about 10 min. with no activity then will shut down not using any power until you hit brake pedal then it will wake up. Let me know!

Well,
After all the other delays and our long winter in Northrun Meeshegun, I finally got this little project finished. Thank you all for the help. This is the place to learn about your motorhome. You all have helped me many times and will probably do so in the future. And, I have a whole bunch of the pins available. If anyone needs some PM me and I'll mail you a few.
Thanks again,
Walt B

Brake controller wire?
Has anyone ever found the wiring for a trailer brake control in the 2005 Itasca Horizon 36RD???? I've removed the cover over the dash to look up top, and spent way too much time underneath the dash searching for the wire and plug that Winnebago and Freightliner assure me is there! There must be hundreds of wires!!!

We recently had a Prodigy brake controller installed, the connector went to the base of the steering column. To tow our Jeep, the Prodigy gets unplugged and a couple wires jumped.

The brake controller wiring circuits are as follows (Source: Freightliner Tech Support):
Circuit 36G = Brake Light Signal (activated by brake pedal NOT exhaust brake), Red with White tracer, 18ga
Circuit 36T = Trailer Signal (this is Freightliner's terminology, although this is the outbound power lead TO the trailer brakes), Red with White tracer (yes it IS the same color code), 12ga wire (that's how you tell 'em apart)
Circuit 29A = Illumination light (if controller has backlighting), Brown
Circuit 14T = +12v supply to controller, Red (this is a 12ga wire)
Circuit (not numbered) = Ground, Black
Packard Connector p/n (for Freightliner use): PAC 12064754
Packard Terminal p/n (for Freightliner use): PAC 12129498
