Considering a long distance purchase. Need Help Please

Has anyone in the Texas area stopped in and looked at the 2008 NH 5ver on consignment @ PPL in Houston?
The trailer inside looks to be in excellent shape. When I zoom in on the two exterior pictures the outside looks less than excellent.
Specifically the bedroom slideout seal on the bottom of the bedroom slideout opening is dropping in the centre in the picture noticeable.
I have yet to see a NH in person. Is this a water runoff design for the seal to droop in the centre or is it coming detached?
On a second note is there any NH owner's in the Michigan, Indiana, Ohio region that would be so kind as to allow a prospective owner to view there coach.
I have not be able to catchup with any of the Ambassador's yet to view a coach and am still a couple years from retirement and full-timing.

On Facebook, NH has been posting pictures of its build of their new show model. In addition, a factory tour is always a possibility depending on your time frame.

We are NH Ambassadors and this summer will probably be going via Michigan and Sarnia Ontario, on our way to Milton/Oakville, sometime the first or second week June and coming back that way mid August. If you are still interested in viewing a rig, You can get our contact information from the NH website.

While we are not NH ambassadors, we will be in Indiana in early-mid May and you are welcome to take a look at the build we have. We have a Summit model with a rear kitchen. If you would be interested, please let us know.

I would encourage you to visit the factory in Junction City, Kansas. They always have a new rig or two there. Plus there will always be a few owners having work done on their rigs around.

I know a trip to central Kansas may not seem like an exciting trip, but you will be impressed with the way the NH is built. At least we were.

We have traveled the last seven years in these two rigs. The Casita in the for ground we gave to our daughter and her family when we bought our NH. We call our rig Stubby because it is so much shorter than everyone else's NH rig. It has the same dimensions as a scaled up brick.

That would be very much appreciated. I actually live in Sarnia, Ontario and would be more than willing to meet you anywhere on your way through.
I look forward to hearing from you as the time gets closer.

Look See. My Dad used to say that was what my Mom did when she & my Aunt went shopping. Look See, which according to him was Chinese Shopping. They did not have any money to spend so it was just "Look See".

We will be in SE Mich in late July (or early August), as our annual visit with Mom in Toledo.

You are welcome to visit our rig then. Our kitchen is mid-coach, we have king BR with queen bed, generator & solar, fireplace below rear entertainment center, etc.

Good luck with your search.
