Our visit to New Horizons

Nancy and I made our way to Junction City, earlier this week. Thanks for everyone's suggestions for our visit.

We were fortunate in that there were several units of the floor plan that we are partial to, in various stages of completion. 37IK3S. It was also nice to see that my few mods to this floor plan had already been done before by others. Sliding door on bathroom, move the Washer/Dryer to the "Hamper" giving a full length wardrobe closet, and a corner shower in the "one room" bathroom, giving more elbow room.

Cole was incredibly generous in the time he spent with us. No interruptions, no hurriedness, complete direct answers and suggestions for design goals that we discussed amongst ourselves.

Nancy usually doesn't pay much attention to the geek stuff on the outside ("Just show me where the kitchen trash can goes"), leaving that to me, but she really got into the various discussions that Cole and I had about the various topics.

THE ONE REGRET: We didn't take any pictures! uggg! Cole has promised to send some on the key areas that we still need to plan around. Mainly the bedroom cabinets. So if we are ever called on to make suggestions for a prospect's visit, "Take Pictures!"

We have a ways to go yet, but overall, we had a successful visit.
