Hi. Just brought home a 2022 Fuzion 419 and the Norcold 2118 fridge is not getting cold. The freezer is operational and at 30 degrees. The unit sat at the dealer for a month and the single battery was dead when we went to get it. Once we got home plugged it into shore power. Ran diagnostics and all 10 screens show what they should be. Tried the magnet and check all four fuses. Anybody experience this and what was the remedy?

IS fridge/RV LEVEL?
Level if not already!!!

Running on GAS or Electric?

How long has it been running? Can take 12 hrs for freezer AND food Compartment to get to proper temps.

Freezer at 30*F....it will need to get down to 10*F before Food Compartment can reach temp of 40*F or below

Got to have good 12VDC for GAS or Electric Operation
Got to have good Propane System Pressure/Flow for GAS Operation.

Good morning. I have tried on both propane and electric. The trailer is level. 12 volt supply is good. Today is day three. I had the same model in a 2017 Fuzion 417 and the first thing I did when got this home was to check the doors and of course they needed a couple washers to get them in the right spot.
I let it run over night with the thermistor disconnected and it is still the same. I guess I will have the service center come out because its not going to the dealer. Thanks for your help.

Same results (Lack of cooling) on electric and gas........
Circuit board short cycling heat cycles (new board)
Cooling Unit failure...obstruction/blockage (Force Cool Test)

FORCE COOL TEST
Unplug AC Heater Element Leads from Lower Circuit Board
*AC_HT_LO/AC_HT_HI ---one element
*AC_HT_LO2/AC_HT_HI2---one element
Wire the element leads together in series (LO & LO2 ----HI &HI2)
Plug leads directly into 120VAC Outlet (Unplug fridge and use that outlet)
Run fridge with leads continuously energized for 12hrs...
*MONITOR ----all Controls will be BYPASSED

Fridge gets COLD...replace circuit board
Freeze gets cold/Food compartment doesn't or Fridge doesn't----BAD COOLING UNIT

Sorry Boss. I ran into a couple more issues with the technology on the trailer and had to take a step back. Went and bought a residential fridge and put it in the garage until I could get the issue with the Norcold resolved.
I am going to run the forced test tomorrow.
