Just wanted to mention that when we picked up or 312 in late September this year that Keystone had corrected the bed situation by installing a plywood base under the mattress.

We have a 2013 unit with the same old frame as the others have discussed, we are taking it in next week to fix the sagging mattress but perhaps they will just fix the frame which would be great as that is the problem. I offered to take the cash settlement but the said they were getting a mattress for us. Will keep you posted.

We and others here have found three issues with the bed:
1. As you mentioned the frame does not have enough support.
2. It is not a good quality mattress.
3. The head board of the frame attaches to the wall and done so without going into stud(s). Hence the screws pull out of the wall.
It is nice Keystone finally figured part of this out..

Wheel chocks and a pair of these: Ultra-Fab Products, Inc.| - Chock & Lock Deluxe Twin Pack keeps our trailer pretty stable. As mentioned before, tightening of the stabilizer jacks also keeps everything pretty tight and stable as well.

firs nite camping in our res321
We camped in the tt last night while it was parked in the driveway of my work shop. It got down to 28 degrees. Everything work fine. For those of you who just bought one and have not turned on the furnace do so as soon as you can. You need to burn off the crap that is inhearent with a new furnace. It set off our smoke detector for about an hour. We opened all the windows and aired it out. Its fine now. Still only have 35 miles on it. When you have the TV on and running the sound through the speakers do all four speakers in the living room work? I mean like sourround sound? Only our left two speakers work. I pluged my ear phones into the Jensen and again only the left one worked. I suspect that something is not connected correctely.

We didn't have any issue with our furnace as you've described. Sounds like something may have gotten into it and burned.
The Jensen audio system is sort of like a car stereo and has balance and fader controls. If your headphones are doing the same thing as the speakers, I think it's likely the balance is set all the way to the left. If the problem persists after checking that and it happens with the radio, cd and tv, there's an internal problem with the unit. Good luck.

I have an 11, but assume they're using the same setup. Initially I couldn't get the surround sound to work at all. Simple fix for me - the av plugs that connect the stereo to the tv were plugged into the wrong jacks (They've also come loose on me from the up/down of the tv). Make sure they're all plugged in and in the right jacks on the tv (audio out)...

I am not interested in buying it but I was wondering if Sue ever sold her res321. She had it for sale a few months ago. she and her boyfriend split up. I can not justify driving to the east coast to pick up a used TT.

Ouch!
This summer I had a similar event but paid 1,500 for the repair. Pulling out of a tight spot with an immediate turn and I swung the tail into a faucet. 3 18" creases and cracked to corner molding..

Damn, doesn't that just piss ya off!!!
I called an RV collision repair place and sent the guy some pics and he says he has seen underlying problems and sometimes costing $2-$3,000 to repair...come on dude, its just a scrape!!! I think I can fix it myself with about $50 in stuff and make it look like new again! Just need to find some time and no rain to get it done...
