Dealer service was excellent
I’ve read many sad stories about poor service at dealerships. Had one of our own at a national chain dealer.
I once read of a suggestion that we post positive stories to inform the members and reward good service with public praise. This is ours.
Our cap was delaminated. I was tempted to try the repair it myself, but thought the risk of getting it wrong was too high. With some anxiety, after our bad experience with another national dealer, I delivered our trailer to Lee’s in Ellington, CT.
They ordered a new cap from Keystone and were nice enough to let me stop in the day they had removed the delaminated cap, so that I could see the condition of the trailer before they installed the new cap. Mike, the tech doing the installation, went over the condition with me. Fortunately, everything was in pretty good shape.
I do most of my own work and wanted to see what the frame looked like. Mike had the cap and new decals on that night and I was able to pick up our travel home the next morning. It looks brand new ( at least from in front).
I am very happy with Jeremy in parts, Colby, Svc. Mgr. and Mike in the shop. If I ever come up against something I think is too much for me, I will have no hesitation to bring our trailer to Lee’s.
