Keystone Bullet vs Cougar?

I am looking at the Bullet 260RBS and the Cougar 25RDS models. They are very close to the same length and weights.

The Cougar is about $10,000 more which has two A/C's and two 30lb propane tanks to the Bullet's one A/C and two 20lb tanks. The Cougar has a higher tongue weight. It also has a bigger solar package, a bigger refrigerator, lithium batteries, 50 amp service and a few more packages. The Cougar is also about 8" tall, so there will be more drag when towing. It also has a King size bed where the Bullet has a queen. Having on or the other size bed is not a deal breaker.

The Bullet has an outdoor kitchen which the Cougar does not.

Is the Cougar worth the $10,000 more or not? One thing I don't like with the Cougar that it has two doors vs one door on the Bullet.

Conundrums like this is why a lot of folks recommend buying a used(cheaper) unit at first to ascertain what you really want/need/prefer for travelling.

We are downsizing hugely from a 41' DP that we sold less than two years ago. I don't want to buy another rv after this one after having a Cougar fifth wheel, a Tiffin gas motorhome and a Newmar DP.

My wife is concerned about aesthetics where I am concerned with the construction features. But a bigger and better setup for the television is important to me. They both have recliners directly in front of the TV and fireplace. We will be mainly traveling in the spring and fall, so I don't know if the second A/C would be needed or not. We will not be doing any boondocking at least on purpose.

Having the correct dealer is important to me also. The Cougar is at a Camping World where the Bullet is at a smaller company/facility.
