Montana 3725RL Gen-II Remote

Per Keystone website from 2 weeks ago, all Montana's come with the Gen-II Remote (current website does not show this). The dealer said our 3725RL would come with one, stupid me didn't bother to check as both the dealer and Keystone said it came with one, they say it comes with a TV as well, I believed them.

Delivery day, papers signed, walk through completed I ask the tech where my remote is, his response "what remote?" the new ones don't come with it anymore.

Why would Keystone stop including a device like this that can come in so handy????

I just got off the phone with customer support, they seemed unsure of what comes with what. It does show as available for the Big Sky package but that doesn't make sense since I saw a lower model with very little in options with the remote control system included.

Lippert Electronics makes the remote so I'm contacting them to see if I can install it. I'm doubting it...
