I know I have a serious problem! Keystone is fully aware of the issues. I've talked to them numerous times. Sometimes, i'll get somebody that knows what they are doing and sometimes not. Most of the delays is CW's fault. It sucks because I basically have had to to the diagnosis for them, each time they come back with something different wrong or something that 'happened' without explanation. My
1st question is this .... obviously you can't get in touch with Marcus Lemonis for nothing, you email 'his team' and that's a real waste -- does anyone have any higher up contacts that are not listed on the web anywhere? I don't know why company CEO's / administration can hide their contact information. It's ridiculous!
2nd question ... anyone know of any litigation against CW and the outcomes? Can't find much of that online either (smh) - imagine that!
