Exclamation Thanks to all!

I know I have a serious problem! Keystone is fully aware of the issues. I've talked to them numerous times. Sometimes, i'll get somebody that knows what they are doing and sometimes not. Most of the delays is CW's fault. It sucks because I basically have had to to the diagnosis for them, each time they come back with something different wrong or something that 'happened' without explanation. My 1st question is this .... obviously you can't get in touch with Marcus Lemonis for nothing, you email 'his team' and that's a real waste -- does anyone have any higher up contacts that are not listed on the web anywhere? I don't know why company CEO's / administration can hide their contact information. It's ridiculous! 2nd question ... anyone know of any litigation against CW and the outcomes? Can't find much of that online either (smh) - imagine that!

Talk to Keystone and see if they will authorize you to take it to a different place for repairs. We use a company in Goshen called Affinity RV Group. It is located right next to a Keystone plant on Kercher Road. They do good work, but don't know if Keystone will authorize it since Camping World is already involved.

Question My issues are this mainly:

How long is long enough to conduct a repair - that IF would have been diagnosed properly when it was brought in the shop in August, and still NOT fixed, what do I do?
I can't get in touch with any senior staff members of CW nor can I find any way to contact Mr. Marcus Lemonis who advertises everywhere that he wants to make sure his customers are happy - yet does nothing about it!

You really need to stop banging your head against the wall thinking you are going to somehow change how CW does business. I would take the advice hamm2018 offered and see about using a different service center.

Exclamation Can't take it from CW - it's untowable right now

I'd LOVE to take it elsewhere but can't - it's sort of 'untowable' right now. it has to have a new 'end wall' made now because of a leak under warranty they didn't see when they replaced the side wall of the slide out. it has to stay out of weather right now, and if i want it to go somewhere else, i have to move it myself and void the warranty and pay for all of the repairs thus far out of my pocket. That is my problem. i just want it fixed like i said in the first place but i just don't understand how long is too long for them to have it? when i took it in, i knew of the issues it had, i told them all of the issues, CW failed to do anything about them except the main side wall first and is dealing with one issue at a time. It is slowing everything down. I told them of the Dometic 300 toilet recall when i first took it in in August, they didn't file the ticket to Keystone until the end of September and that Keystone had to get the approval from Dometic. All the while - once it was finally filed and all the 'paperwork' was done - it took a total of 2 hours to change it out, 9 weeks after i dropped it off at CW. In the meantime, who knows how bad my unit smells due to the toilet issue in the first place. This is what i mean, i have had stupid issues like this since we took it there. it is just one thing after another. i would like to know if anyone knows of how to contact anyone worth meaning at CW or Keystone who could give me some solid advice or where to turn or what to do?
