Slideout (not sure where to post this)

I have a 2017 Montana 3610RL. On my bedroom slide the bottom seal is partially ripped/missing exposing bedroom to outside air. Problem is the seal is behind a couple rollers and don't know how to fix or replace seal. Picture shows one roller, seal is behind it.
