So far the only response has been from Brenda, and she indicated it was a surprise…
I'll update post #1, this thread, with responses ...

Ken & Sally (1killowatt) canceled for the spring fling at Mayberry campground. I had a tree limb fall on my left shoulder and arm. Cracked a bone and skin tears.

He is a good guy and is just learning to relax RVing.
They are unsure if it would be proper to just show up with MsCarol and me. I assured them the iRV2 bunch certainly say it is Ok.
So, we haven't been to a rally in a few years and we will be new guys to some of you as well. Hope to see all you folks in a few weeks.

Just wanted to post that the Blue Ridge Music Center & Museum located on the Blue Ridge Parkway will open for the season on Saturday May 4th from 10am-5pm. The out door midday concert series also starts on May 4th. Great way to catch a local band and check out the history of Bluegrass/Mountain/American music!

That sounds like fun Carolina Blue. Do you know about how far it is from the campground?

according to google it's almost 25 miles/30 minute drive. from the campground take 74 west to 77 north, at the first exit route 89 (flying J, just before going up the "big hill" take the exit and go west (left) until you reach Blue Ridge Parkway and turn east (right). the Blue Ridge Music Center will be a few miles on your right.
