Oyster bar sounds great for dinner, maybe after the wine and beer tasting. How does that sound for everyone? Brent and I love steamed oysters.

OK folks - I'm in - You will have a newbie with you. I reserved 23 which backs up to #10. I'll be close to the group just not on the same row.

Question

tracy

is anyone interested in going to winery on Saturday afternoon and then dinner out that night in Lewisville?

What time are you planning on getting there tomorrow? Brent and I hope to be out of here by 0800.

See ya

Robin and I are interested in the winery. The oyster Bar may be a little crowded for our taste on Sat nite.

fire wood

Tracy, Just tried to call you and/or Dickson. do you know if we can use firewood at the RV park? On the confirmation we printed it said no campfires, portable firepits or rings allowed at any individual site.

However, I thought that when we were looking you found something on the website that said we could.

Dont want to load up the truck with wood if we cant use it.

See ya.

Re firewood: I searched their website top to bottom and didn't find any reference to a central firepit that we could gather at. maybe call them before you leave? A fire would be nice but I'm sure we could gather somewhere for a nightcap and conversation before everyone is off to bed.

I found this in park rules.
  • Fires NO WOOD‐BURNING campfires will be allowed, except at the campground’s designated fire rings near the shelter. Use of grills for cooking is permissible. Grills shall be attended at all times and must be extinguished before vacating the site.

Here are the best photos from the March Carolina Campers Campout in Tanglewood.

The photo upload page was limited to 300KB and the choice of category was limited.
I hope you can access my Flicker page and view the large version of the file there and download it.
